Hey there,

I’m Hannah, currently serving as the Public Information Officer for Beaufort County Government in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. I am also currently attending Colorado State University to earn a Masters of Communications and Media Management. I hold a B.A. with a concentration in graphic design from Anderson University, where I double minored in Art History and Music. I have had the incredible privilege of working in several strategic communications roles throughout my career, and branding is my specialty.

I started my career in municipal branding, before working as a Creative Director for an international publisher for seven years. I then tried my hand at hospitality marketing where I worked on South Carolina’s most beautiful island - Fripp - for three years. In 2023 I joined the team at Beaufort County Government, where I help inform the public of initiatives and programs, answer media inquiries, plan and direct our communications strategy, and ensure the public has access to an open and transparent government.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach with my two pups, cooking, travel, and exploring all that the Lowcountry has to offer. I currently live in Beaufort with my husband, and would love to talk to you about your next project or idea!
